I’m leaving VERY early tomorrow morning, and today will be spent: 1) Completing the outline for “Big Sky Secrets”, 2) getting my teeth cleaned (yikes–I put it off and put it off and now the chickens have come home to roost) and, 3) running around madly, making sure I’ve packed the irreplaceables, like medicine and bio-identical hormones. 🙂
Renovations continue here on the Triple L, and I won’t mind getting away from them for a while, you can bet on that. As these things go, however, they haven’t been nearly as chaotic as I expected (knock on wood). Also, except for the black mold, now dealt with (thank God, literally, we found it), we’ve run into relatively few snags. Seems like when one project is wrapping up, however, another one suggests itself! Soon, I’ll have a dedicated working space (with a view of the horse pasture) and a whole new master bath. Yeehaw! And it all started with my mom’s walk-in tub–we met Doug, handyman extraordinaire, he installed the wonder-tub, and we were off and running. So far he’s been able to handle every job we’ve thrown at him. 🙂
Removing a line of cupboards between the kitchen and the casual dining area made a staggering amount of difference; now, the energy flows, unimpeded, and trust me when I say, you can feel the change, big-time. Feng shui (not magic, but an ancient form of physics) has gained another believer in me.
And so–miles to go before I sleep.
Unless I run into technical difficulties, I will blog on Thursday–or even sooner if I can manage.
