Letters to My Future Self

This is an idea I wish I’d learned when I was a lot younger, but I’m thinking, better late than never.  

This, obviously, is a journaling project.  Since I already do Morning Pages, per Julia Cameron’s teachings in THE ARTIST’S WAY, I won’t be writing in this new notebook every day, but at reasonable intervals.

What kind of advice to I plan on giving myself?

A major goal for me is to start exercising again.  So I might address my 10-years-older self along the lines of, “Aren’t you glad you became more physically active?  Look how much better you feel!”

Other goals include equine therapy (I love horses) and art classes.
