That was the week that was…

Monday, Jan 26

And WHAT a week.  My mom came down with a case of the flu and wound up in the ER on Thursday–they treated her and released her to come home with me.  It’s been good having her here–I can think of better ways to spend time together, though–and she’s on the mend.  I’ve been playing nurse and trying real hard not to get sick myself.  So far, so good.
This week’s winners are: April McVey and Susan Lee.  Congratulations, ladies.  As always, a new round begins today.  All you have to do is comment, and you’re entered.
I’ve started a new book and I’m very pleased with it.  More on that, and the famous Wishing Machine, soon.
In the meantime, stay warm and stay well.
