This week’s winners are: Shari G, Sherry Wallace, and Kristie Wilson. Send your snail mail address to [email protected]. If your name is mentioned here, that is. 🙂 Some of you have been sending your addresses when you didn’t win.
I’ve been writing and getting ready to head for Seattle early tomorrow morning to hang out with Debbie Macomber and attend a party thrown by some of our writer friends. Yeehaw! It’s always a good time. Debbie and I live so far apart and we’re both so busy that we rarely get an opportunity to spend time together. When we do, there’s always a lot of laughter, a rapid-fire exchange of ideas, and often a few tears.
You should have seen us yesterday, Mary Ann, Jen and me, sitting in my kitchen and listening to (and watching) Carrie Underwood and Vince Gill perform “How Great Thou Art”. We were all in tears, it was so beautiful. (Plus, Vince looks good in his glasses.) 🙂 I think you can find the video on Youtube–check it out.
This week’s question: What is the most memorable Christmas gift you ever received? Winners will be announced next Wednesday.
My next blog will be on Saturday–at which time I will fill you in on the Seattle adventures of Miller/Macomber.
Be someone’s miracle.
