I had no internet service for most of the day–hence, no blog. I did get some writing done, though–a new character appeared, and she will definitely liven things up for Landry and Ria. 🙂
Sister Sally sent me the most gorgeous Mother’s Day gift–one of her fabulous sweaters! I just adore it–and the jeweled crown pin that came along for the ride.
Sally Jean, you’re too good to me. Keep it up.
Believe it or not, my bathroom is DONE. (Well, for the time being, anyway.) What an improvement!
Our beautiful weather is holding, and this morning’s peony/rose patrol promises beautiful blossoms soon. YES! I want to spend a little more time outside before I head up to the office to work. Honestly, that office is a pleasure to be in–the view is great.
I’m planning to spend the weekend sorting clothes and trying to clear at least one surface in the studio. Of course, Sunday is Mother’s Day, so we’ll be doing some celebrating. Wendy and Jeremy volunteered to make chicken enchiladas–yum!
Off to cut a few more white lilacs—
Have a good weekend and hug your Mom. If you can’t do that, hug somebody else’s mom. 🙂
