I intended to blog on Monday, filling you in on all the details of my trip to Reno and the rodeo, but I was too tired to think straight. 🙂 Well, of course, Tuesday immediately followed Monday, the way it tends to do, and guess what? I couldn’t get online. All day. Chris, the weekend wrangler, sometimes dog-sitter, and all-around computer geek, got me back on, but it was late last night.
Even later last night–this morning, really–company arrived, my daughter and future son-in-law, Jeremy, drove up from California. They’re spending the summer, and I’m thrilled. I’ll be writing books, and Wendy will be writing screenplays. 🙂
Reno was fun–the people at Harrah’s treated me like a queen, sent Jenni and I to the rodeo, and I met some readers, too. I always love to meet my readers.
Much as I enjoyed Reno, I’m glad to be home.
Hutch and Kendra will be hitting book stores soon–very soon–in “Big Sky Mountain.” I am so enjoying the company of all my Parable friends.
God bless and stay safe. Be kind, too–especially to yourself.
