That some of you are being too hard on yourselves. 🙂 It took me forever and the proverbial day to start exercising–I’d been on the Food Lovers plan for three full weeks before I began riding my exercise bike, and I just started my strength training routine last night. I’m aware of the benefits now, so that’s why I’m raving. Trust me, procrastination is one of my biggest challenges, in every part of life. I love to DO, but I’m not quite so wild about STARTING. 🙂 I had to order a special bike seat, too, because, even with pillows and towels, that sucker on there now hurts my you-know-what.
Do what you can do, when you can do it, and you’ll be all right. And don’t beat yourself up–the world will do enough of that–be on your own side.
Today’s food discovery: cooking meatloaf (or any kind of casserole) in muffin tins provides automatic portion control. YES!
I’m off to work on the book–I will be finishing soon and I want to spend next week and possibly the week after that throwing out junk and clearing away clutter.
Be strong, and believe. Maybe you haven’t been on your own side, but God has, from the beginning.
