I really thought I was sick, that I’d have to spend the day in bed. Since I’m finishing “Big Sky Wedding” today, and have a couple of other pressing responsibilities to fulfill as well, this would not have been a good thing.
I took some Aleve and drank some water–I was workng hard all weekend and I got behind on my water quota–and voila! I was well enough to ride my exercise bike and do my strength training, albeit at a much slower pace than usual. I’ve spent the morning writing, and will spend the afternoon the same way, and trust me, I’m not complaining. Add my usual good health to the long list of things I have to be grateful for. 🙂
So it’s President’s Day and thus pretty quiet around the old homestead.
I don’t know about you, but I need tomorrow to be an easier day.
Are You listening, God? 🙂
